Welcome to GFC. By browsing this website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

About our service

GFC sells freshly prepared food for home delivery and pickup, and also caters food stalls at college fests, corporate events and private functions. Orders can be placed for immediate delivery or scheduled for a later time on the same day, subject to our working hours and delivery area.

Ordering & availability

  • All food items, prices and offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • We prepare food to order. Once preparation has begun, an order cannot be modified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the order appears fraudulent. Any amount already paid for such an order is refunded in full.

Delivery area & times

  • We deliver only within our stated delivery radius from our kitchen. If your location falls outside this area, delivery is not available, but you may still be able to choose pickup.
  • Estimated delivery and preparation times are indicative, not guaranteed. Timings may vary with weather, traffic, order volume and event schedules.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and reachable on the phone number provided.

Prices, taxes & payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A delivery fee may apply and is shown before you confirm your order.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
  • Coupons and discounts are subject to their own conditions (minimum order value, validity, usage limits) shown at checkout, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Cancellations & refunds

  • You may cancel an order free of charge any time before we start preparing it. For scheduled orders, you may cancel up to 30 minutes before the chosen time.
  • Once preparation has started, an order can no longer be cancelled, as the food has been made specifically for you.
  • If you paid online for an order that is cancelled in time (by you within the allowed window, or by us), the amount is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If something is wrong with your order (missing item, quality issue), contact us on +91 9999999999 or xyz@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will make it right.

Event & catering bookings

Stall bookings for events are arranged directly with us and may be governed by a separate written or verbal agreement covering menu, quantity, timing, setup and advance payment. Please contact us to discuss your event.

Food information

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients, including common allergens. If you have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and address details, to be available to receive your order, and to use this website only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GFC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of our service means you accept the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in our operating city.
